At Seven Springs Winery, our story is one of family, dedication, and legacy. What began with Mike Bleile’s vision and hard work has grown into one of the Lake of the Ozarks’ most cherished wineries. Mike poured years of passion into creating a place where guests could gather, celebrate, and experience the beauty of Missouri wine country.
That legacy continues with new owner Kolton Booth and his family. With deep roots in the Ozarks and a shared love for community, Kolton is committed to carrying forward the traditions that Mike established while adding exciting expansions — including guest cottages, bungalows, and more ways to experience the winery.

Beautiful winery; we absolutely enjoyed our visit! Staff was so kind and took great care of us, the outdoor seating out back was just beautiful and each table has a great view. Enjoyed every wine I tasted and the food was simply delicious!!
