You may return most items sold by Seven Springs Winery within 30 days of delivery for a full refund less shipping & handling.
We'll also pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error.
In addition, we will only issue partial refunds for the return of certain items, including:
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
- Any item that has obvious signs of use.
- Any item that is not in its original condition or is damaged.
